Order Processing

We prepare and ship all orders within 1 to 3 business days. Each fragrance decant is carefully hand-packed to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Shipping Costs & Methods

Decantika offers flat-rate shipping for all U.S. orders. Shipping options like USPS First-Class or Priority will be displayed at checkout, so you can choose what works best for you.

Delivery Estimates

Once shipped, most packages within the U.S. arrive in about 3 to 6 business days. Please note that during peak times—such as holidays or major sales—there may be slight delays.

Tracking Your Shipment

When your order leaves our facility, you’ll get an email with a tracking number. You can also check the status of your order anytime by logging into your Decantika account.

Missing or Stolen Deliveries

If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you didn’t receive it, we recommend contacting your local USPS branch first. Unfortunately, we can’t take responsibility for packages after they’re marked as delivered, but don’t hesitate to reach out—we’ll try to help however we can.

Returns & Order Issues

Because of the nature of sample-sized fragrances, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. That said, if your order is incorrect or damaged, please email kevin@decantika.com and we’ll make things right.
